hello all! i really have been meaning to do this so much sooner but with being ill and finishing university just haven't got round to it & my internet is the slowest in the world! but anyhoo, i wanted to mention the lovely honey.huckabee who produces these beautiful, soft images. i've loved her work for some time now because it draws our attention to the everyday objects that are actually really really beautiful. above are some of my favourites, i love them all and it was difficult to pick the ones to pop on here! she was kind enough to mention me in her own blog and i wanted to share her lovely work with everyone ♥

essie loves ♥

i really want to buy some essie nail polish, i've seen it online for a while now & especially when everyone was wearing that sort of jade green/apple candy green colour. i've just found this lovely pink shade which i'd wear sort of everyday called tea & crumpets by essie ♥

there's also a black one called licorice which is very versatile & i'd use often i think ♥ & a very sweet peachy pink one called cute as a button ♥

I love you because I have to original Julia Pott print. Oh. My. God. Tis beautiful & I want it so so much. It is not only beautifully drawn but is collaged too! I just absolutely love it.

tearful Saturday, you know when you get them days where you just feel sad? it's unlike me. maybe its the Titanic relapse from last week or watching Saving Private Ryan? Ugh. Anyway, I'm surrounding myself with happy things. Like apple pie & Pushing Daisies. I love this show, I was so unhappy when it was cancelled, but I don't have to miss it. Olive & Emmerson are hillarious and Ned & Chuck are so cute ^_^ (images- we heart it)

♥ i'm starting to read marylin monroe's sort of unnofficial biography which i was given for christmas, cannot believe it's taken this long for me to pick up this lovely book. fascinating stuff.

♥ today has been a beautiful day & i'm sad i don't have some small garden space to sit out in. but we have drinks & ice & the window's open a touch.
