What's your favourite beauty product?
It's the Liz Earle cleanse and polish hot cloth cleanser.

What would you order from Starbucks?
I would order a classic hot chocolate topped with whipped cream.

What pretty magazines adorn your bookshelves?
Vogue, Elle, Elle Collections and Company.

Favourite trends this season?
My favourite trends for this season and spring/summer are monochrome and floral.

What is your favourite thing to wear?
My favourite thing to wear is a black slouchy blazer. I incorporate it into both casual daywear and more dressed up outfits.

What does your perfect day consist of?
My perfect day consists of shopping and lunch with friends, then home to bake homemade savoury muffins and ciabatta bread for tea. Finally settling down in front of the telly or with a magazine.

Do you have a favourite tea?
Peppermint and nettle.

Which are your favourite online shops?
ASOS & Missguided.

What's your top fashion tip?
I don't try and follow every fashion trend, I only interpret the ones I really like and know will suit me.

Where do you love to shop?
Topshop, River Island, ASOS and Missguided for fashion and accessories. Boots and Superdrug for skincare and cosmetics.

Where do you take your inspiration from?
Paul Smith, Stella McCartney, Givenchy and Topshop Unique.

COMPANY MAGAZINE HIGH STREET EDIT VALENTINO ILLUSTRATION ♥

Hello lovelies, I'm so sorry I've been absent for a while, working on a super lovely commission and also moved house so all my time has been used up elsewhere. Lots of exciting things happening, the lovely Sam Flowers, beauty assistant at Company magazine asked me to illustrate for the new Valentino fragrance- Valentina, a deliciously floral number with nude and pale pink roses adorning the bottle, which they were kind enough to send me! Now I smell of Valentina and have my cup of tea and Company High Street Edit to read ♥ it's available to buy now in all good bookshops and newsagents! I picked up my lovely copy from WH Smiths and was beaming- a pretty new mag with my work inside, such a wonderful feeling!

Also busy working on a commission will post more little snippets as I go along! It's very much turning into Autumn here, I have my cable knit cardigan on and thick socks, hot chocolate is on the cards later after a warming bubble bath & then movies with the boy ♥

COMPANY HIGH STREET EDIT ILLUSTRATION COMPETITION, A FINALIST!

WOW! What a lucky person I am! I've been named in the top five for Companys High Street Edit Illustration Competition! It was a hard choice to pick someone I admired wearing my favourite AW 11 show but I decided that Alexa Chung wearing Chanel with its girly simplicity and delicate fabric was the perfect choice. Next season's must have item was also on the list of illustrations and I thought the rich cranberry reds of this beautiful Mulberry back would be a must have for Autumn 2011.

Among the finalists are the lovelies Abby wright and Fritha Stickland, and the other two illustrators Julianne Kennelly and Chiara Borwick so good luck to you all! ♥
