Hello lovelies hope you're all well and looking forward to the autumn as much as I am. It's already the second of September which means cake this month and an excuse to drink pink lemonade and pastel milkshake through pretty paper straws, eat pancakes for breakfast and sprinkle confetti everywhere. 

LOVE MONEY PARTY

My sister and I had a lovely impromtu shopping trip to Nottingham the other day for her birthday. It was lovely to catch up and swoon over the pretty pastel shirts, floral grunge t shirts and everything was decorated pink and sweetly for Valentine's day. We had a naughty treat in our favourite food place, TGIFridays, it was going to involve cocktails but neither of us drink much so we decided against it. If we had it would have been a Purple Rain, an ode to Prince. We watched Romeo & Juliet, the new Douglas Booth version, it doesn't match the 90's Leo standards in my opinion but Booth is Lauren's DiCaprio.

So it was my birthday this week and I was sent lovely cards, given lovely gifts, sparkled and glittered. I wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone who was sha-mazing enough to make it super special. You know who you guys are. Love you.

been ever so poorly this week hidden under mountains of blankets with my socks on and i'm feeling no better, which is not good at all because it's my birthday tomorrow. another year older and i still want to be up all night watching disney films.
